Excellent suction and leaves both carpet and tiles looking like new. The ball helps manovering around the room extremely easy compared to our last vacuum cleaner. Easy to clean and store away. Only downside was the struggle with the hose extension but after a few trial runs it became easier to use.

I used to have a dyson but changed to a Vax (what a mistake) I now have the Dyson DC25 and will never go back to anything else. It is so easy to use and is just like on the advert when hoovering wooden or tiled floors. It is slightly harder to move around on carpet but only because it has such a strong suction. It is definately worth every penny.

Simple to assemble and get started. Excellent suction and manouverability.
Typically robust. Owned an original dyson for some years and after wearing out an electrolux after only 2 years are now glad to have a dyson back in the house.
